Currently, we deliver orders only within Bengaluru, INDIA and at a nominal delivery cost. Please refer to ongoing offers for any exceptions.

Estimated delivery of any product depends on the availability and the destination to which you want the order to be couriered. Delivery happens in 7 business days (excluding public holidays and Sunday).

Any item which is out of stock can be requested through wishlist.

There are no hidden charges when you make a purchase. The price you see on the check-out page is exactly what you would pay.

We do not believe in spam mails and will not share your information with any other third party except for fulfilling essential actions to complete a valid transaction like delivery and payment. In case of delivery your details which are required to facilitate timely and safe delivery to you (e.g. your name, address, mobile number) is shared with the courier company and in case of payments the encrypted transaction details required to complete a valid transaction are shared with the payment gateway to enable the completion of a valid transaction. None of your banking details and credit/debit card information will be stored by us, unless you choose to do so for quick pay services. Your login details will be stored in the database on the hosting site (perfectply.com) in encrypted form and your basic details in plain text. We follow strict security guidelines to ensure that all your information is protected from unauthorized access.

Other than the above we may use your data to reach you but will not forward it to any third party until unless required by law to do so (e.g. a police investigation, government inquiry, court order etc).

We may send you mails, newsletters and communications about new product services but you can easily opt out the same by clicking unsubscribe.

We like almost every other website store small text files called “cookies” on your computer in order to maintain your session with our server, i.e. so that you don’t have to start over every time you visit our website. 1. General

Terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of Product(s) made by the Seller, hereafter referred as Wood Designs, to the buyer hereafter referred as the Customer.

2. Price

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST (IF APPLICABLE) (as may be prescribed by law from time to time), unless otherwise specified.

3. Payment

Payments must be made in Indian Rupees unless otherwise specified, and by one of the following payment methods

– Major credit cards as listed: Visa, MasterCard,  Rupay.

–Net banking

Your card will be charged first, thereafter your package will be shipped

4. Passing of property

Wood Designs shall retain the property of the goods until full payment has been made by the customer and has been received

5. Passing of risk

The risk in the goods shall pass to the Customer on delivery.

6. Privacy Policy

Any information passed through to Wood Designs is via a secure connection on the internet using Secure Socket Layer technology at 128bit encryption (where browsers will allow). If a customer wishes for their information to be removed from our database, this should be requested in writing at our registered office (please see below) or to info@perfectply.in

Please note, credit card details are not retained. The only information stored is a customer’s transaction history, name, address & e-mail address. Customers will not be sent ‘spam’ e-mail. Should any customer not want their details used for marketing purposes, please tick the relevant box at the checkout or request to be removed at info@perfectply.in

 

7. Refund(s) and Return(s)

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

Our packaging and logistics department ensure that the product(s) are carefully packaged. We assure our customers that our Product(s) cannot be damaged during transportation. We therefore will not make any refunds for claims which state that the Product(s) were broken in transportation.

8. Your Rights to Cancel this Contract

Any order placed can be cancelled if the buyer has created an account and has logged in to the website perfectply.com. You will have a 24 hours cool off time period from the time to order is placed in which to cancel this contract. This right does not apply at any time after the order is processed.

9. Responsibility for and Ownership of Goods

You will be liable for any loss or damage to the goods from the time of delivery unless such loss or damage is caused by our negligence.

10. Re-sale of Goods

Goods are sold on the condition that they showed or displayed in site, not re-sold to the public.

11. Our Responsibilities

We will meet our responsibilities under this contract within a reasonable time unless it is impossible for us to do this because of circumstances outside of our reasonable control. In particular we will not be responsible for delays caused by our suppliers.

12. Your Personal Data

We will ensure that, at all times, comply with the provisions of the Data Protection in relation to data received from shall only process personal data received from you where necessary to fulfill our obligations under this contract.

We have a no return policy. We do not accept any returns and do not give any refunds.

Please note that we have the full discretion to refuse an exchange, in case it comes to our knowledge that the exchange demanded is unfair and arbitrary.

Please email Wood Designs for an exchange at info@perfectply.in, before sending any product, as exchange will not be processed without prior approval.
